DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A COLD AND SWINE FLU

“Knowledge is power, and in this case, can save your life,” Legislator Bosworth said. “It’s important to know immediately if you have swine flu so you begin to receive treatment and not infect those around you. Often people with swine flu symptoms mistakenly think they only have a cold.”

The symptoms for a cold are: rarely a fever, a hacking cough, slight aches, stuffy nose, rarely chills, mild fatigue, sneezing, develops over a few days, and rarely a headache.

The symptoms for Swine Flu are: often a fever, a dry cough, severe aches, never a stuffy nose, often the chills, moderate fatigue, rare sneezing, develop in three to six hours, rarely a headache, no sore throat, and severe chest discomfort.
