Due to the forecasted snowstorm this weekend, a SNOW EMERGENCY is declared in the Village of Russell Gardens.

NO PARKING will be permitted on any Village street effective @ 2 A.M. Sunday morning (01/25/26) until 8 A.M. Tuesday morning (01/27/26).

• No cars are to be parked on the street or blocking sidewalks (MUST be parked in driveways) during the SNOW EMERGENCY. Any car in violation of the snow emergency will be ticketed and will be subject to towing.

• There will be NO GARBAGE COLLECTION until Wednesday 1/28/26.

• Parking will be permitted adjacent to the multiple dwellings where parking is otherwise permitted and on South Middle Neck Rd.

• Village Hall will be closed to the public on Monday 1/26/26
